MERIT-CUM-MEANS SCHOLARSHIP

Merit - cum - Means scholarship

The Global Schools Foundation has been contributing to the educational needs of students through various programmes and initiatives. Through the Merit-Cum-Means scholarship, GSF plans to extend support through financial assistance, and make education affordable for parents across financial spectrums.

  • The scholarship is aimed for students who are residents of Singapore, across all grades.  

  • The scholarship is valid for a period of two academic years (April 2019 - Mar 2021).

Eligibility and Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be currently residing in Singapore (PR/Dependant Pass/Student Pass Holders)

  • Come from a Moderate Income family (Refer to Table above)

  • Provide academic records (Report Card) for past two years

  • Provide latest family income documents/tax assessment

Application Process

For non-GIIS students:

  • Applications OPEN from January 10, 2019 to February 7, 2019

  • Successful applicants will be notified via email

For GIIS students:

  • Applications closed on 28 Sept, 2018


Selection Process

Students will be assessed based on their family income record supported by their academic record.

The scholarship will be valid for a period of two academic years (April 2019 - Mar 2021).
